江苏山煤物流有限责任公司隶属于山煤国际能源集团。山煤国际能源集团股份有限公司（“山煤国际”）由山西煤炭进出口集团有限公司（“山煤集团”）发起，于2009年12月16日在中国太原注册成立。2009年12月25日，山煤集团以借壳方式在国内同行业率先实现了煤炭主营业务的整体上市。成为山西省第28家A股上市公司、第10家煤焦能源类上市公司。
山煤国际能源集团股份有限公司同时拥有国内和山西省内煤炭销售的合法资质，并在山西省内拥有铁路运输单列计划。集团现拥有全资及控股子公司28 家，煤矿5座（可采资源储量约20亿吨），年生产能力逾1000万吨。开通煤炭发运站80个，年发运能力逾亿吨，在秦皇岛、京唐港等六个主要港口设立了公司，年港口中转量逾4000万吨。并且已在华东、华中、华南地区建立三个配煤中心，形成了覆盖煤炭主产区、遍布重要运输线、占据主要出海口的独立完善的煤炭内外贸运销体系。
集团在国内除了和五大电厂以及大型钢厂有多年的合作外，与世界20多个（地区）的煤炭用户及众多国内用户建立了长期稳定的贸易合作关系。多元化的销售方式和广阔的销售对象为公司未来的发展奠定了良好的基础。
